The staff has always been very helpful, the location was outstanding - very close to the beach and all the restaurants, clubs, etc but it felt very secluded at the same time due to the hotel being at the end of a small street. Very comfortable sun beds, frequent maintenance of the shared areas, beautiful room.

We booked three nights at Ocean Star. We were greeted by very friendly staff on arrival. Our room was ocean themed - you felt like you were having a beach holiday. The room has all the amenities one needs, with the exception of a hairdryer. The kitchen was well equipped go cook and warm ones own food. It has a large fridge/freezer. The washing machine in the room was a real bonus. The pool area was also lovely and inviting. Ocean Star was ideally located and we were able to walk to the main area at Sanur beach quite easily. Ms. Putri did warn us about the noise but it really was not that bad

El apartamento está nuevo, diseño moderno y las zonas comunes muy cuidadas. Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa, lo que es de agradecer en un sitio como Canggu. Personal que te intenta ayudar con todo. Para colmo, con un supermarket en la salida. Íbamos algo influenciados por las malas opiniones del transporte en la zona, pero acabó siendo uno de nuestros favoritos del viaje. ¡Súper recomendable!
